Great location on the riverfront. The hotel common area is around a pool which is directly in front of the river. The hotel is in the old town, so you can walk to restaurants and shops very easily. Our room was very large with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was very substantial and many options. Juan at the front desk was very helpful with getting a SIM card to work. He spoke excellent English. The check in was easy and the woman who helped us was very friendly. She sent chocolates to our room for our wedding anniversary. We paid $ 115/night including breakfast. This was an excellent rate for such a nice property.

We we're happy with the hotel's location, not too long of a cab journey away from the Buquebus ferry. It's at the end of a quiet side street, right at the water. The view from the pool was great, especially at sunset. Breakfast was alright and staff were helpful when we required their help. I would come back again.

Very good location. River front rooms have a beautiful view. Staff at front desk were very helpful and had good English skills

Hotel sent their driver to pick us up at the bus station. Check in was fast and friendly. Desk clerk was very friendly and tried to help me find a battery for my camera. Corner suite had an awesome view of the pool and the river. Breakfast was good. We had a cheeseburger and salad for dinner at the restaurant. It was good. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Staff was very helpful and eager to provide great services. The breakfast buffet was large with many options to chose from. The pool was a nice getaway from the heat.

Fabulous staff! Fantastic location, and great dining room, outdoor pool and living room that hand over the river. Nice indoor pool and gym too.

the pool and sauna were fantastic, the service in restaurant was excellent, the location was beyond great. The bed was very good and view was amazing.

great position near the old town. good outdoor swimming pool . lovely room overlooking the pool and river, worth the upgrade.

The hotel has great facilities like 2 pools, hot tubs, a gym and good services. The view from the balcony and from the pool area to the sunset is breathtaking. You can easily walk around the old city and get to great restaurants and sights easy and safely.
